Gina Castrorao

Rental Manager

Gina joins REAL New York from New Jersey, but grew up venturing into NYC often and has always been drawn to its exciting energy. After teaching high school English for six years, she found her way to the NYC real estate world. As a teacher, Gina found that her strengths of honest communication and adaptability translated to not only students, but to educating others in the real estate market. She employs an educational approach in her dealings with buyers, renters, and sellers, and genuinely loves guiding her clients through often complex processes to secure their dream homes.

As Rental Manager at REAL, Gina is tasked with the education of agents through the hiring process, extensive new agent onboarding, and ongoing trainings. She will oversee agent performance in order to ensure agents are committing themselves to their clients and building a lifelong real estate relationship.

She attended Quinnipiac University for her undergraduate education, graduating with dual degrees in English and Criminal Justice. Gina later obtained her Master of Arts in Teaching from Monmouth University and is pursuing a certificate in E-learning Instructional Design and Development from Oregon State University.

In her free time, she can be found cooking, snuggling her puggle, Harley, and cheering on her perpetual underdogs, the Jets.
