My roommate and I came to New York on a quick, three day trip to find an apartment. Needless to say, we were stressed about finding the right place for the right value. We were very lucky to meet Edward Xu from REAL NY early on. Edward was incredibly personable, helpful, and non-pressuring. We were able to bounce ideas off him, and he worked with us as we figured out what we really wanted in an apartment. After we figured out which one we wanted to apply for, Edward was very responsive in getting us the details of the application. He went above and beyond and kept in constant communication with us just so we could be ready to submit our docs. The process from then on was very smooth, and Edward took very good care to make sure we knew what was going on. I wholeheartedly recommend Edward and the REAL NY team to anyone looking for an apartment. My roommate and I loved our experience with them!

He answered my questions and concerns thoroughly whenever I asked and was willing to get on a phone call off hours too.

I didn''t know what to think about hearing mixed reviews about using a broker to find a place in NYC but decided to try things out with him. He didn''t disappoint, with only having a week in New York before having to fly back to start my move, he showed me a solid spectrum of different apartments to show me what I could pay and what I could get in New York.
