Etan was professional, kind, and very understanding of my situation. I had broken my leg and underwent surgery requiring me to leave my fifth-floor walkup and find an apartment on the ground floor to recover.

Etan went above and beyond to show me apartments virtually and also showed the apartments to my girlfriend so I could feel confident signing a lease site unseen. I have lived in New York City for nine years and I have never had an experience finding an apartment as pleasant as this one. Etan was great every step of the way. I replied to a listing I saw online and he was able to make time the same day to show it. He was communicative all throughout the application process and even checked in a couple times after we moved in to make sure the landlord took care of all of the issues they needed to. I hope to not move for a few years but if things change, I would gladly work with Etan again.

Etan was a pleasure to work with. After seeing a number of places and dealing with multiple agents, Etan was by far the best person to work with. He remained patient, accommodating, honest, and transparent throughout the whole process. He also helped us make our move happen on very short notice. Would recommend him to anybody.

Etan was incredibly responsive, kind, and the least pushy broker that I've ever met in NYC. Etan was representing the landlord, however he did let my roommate and I know where there was some flexibility with the unit in terms of amenities and price. He was also the perfect pandemic broker -- hand sanitizer, double masks, and elbow bumps included.
