Lily's pursuit in real estate stems from her love for New York City and her genuine desire to help people. It all began in the summer of 2008, when she first moved to New York. Subway pass in hand coupled with immense curiosity--she ventured out to Brooklyn. She disembarked in Brooklyn Heights, where she was nestled in some of the grandest brownstones. That day, her fascination for brownstones and appreciation for architecture were born.
Constantly thriving to learn about the various diverse neighborhoods, Lily enjoys traveling on random public buses until reaching the last stop in order to gain a glimpse of the culture and lifestyle of each area. As a former resident of two different continents--Asia and Central America--she feels most at-home when interacting with other cultures.
She joins real estate with experience in Hospitality, Customer Service and Sales. Her interest in this industry peaked when guests at the hotel would seek not only her recommendation on tourist attractions but also her guidance on finding their new home in this city. That was her aha (!) moment to become an agent. Also, as Front Desk Agent for Marriott, she consistently met or exceeded customers' expectations as proven in the customer satisfaction surveys. She follows the same world-class service with her current clients.
As a Bachelor of Advertising graduate, Lily understands the concepts needed to market a home.
When not keeping up with real estate trends, Lily is dedicated to her family. Someday she hopes to add a chocolate lab to the family, but for now, her kids keep her on her toes even when she doesn't want to be on her feet. A speaker of Spanish and Cantonese, she's learning French on the luxury of spare time. Food, coffee and traveling are her passion.
