Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Chris is an agent who believes that Home is your sanctuary away from this exciting, bustling city. Her mission is to help you find your special place to call home and she knows that the meaning of “Home” is different for each one of us. Curious by nature, Chris is diligent in discovering what motivates and excites her clients with regards to architecture, design, and environment.
Growing up in Saratoga Springs, New York, at age nine, Chris dreamed of living in NYC and declared that one day she would move there. After studying jewelry and metalsmithing in graduate school, she finally fulfilled her dream and made it to the Big Apple where she opened her own jewelry business and worked for many major museums (American Museum of Natural History, Guggenheim, Brooklyn Museum of Art, etc.) creating custom metalwork. But, Chris always found herself leaving the studio to follow her passion for architecture, renovation, and exploring NYC’s diverse neighborhoods, so eventually it just made sense to become an agent.
Chris’s attention to detail, born from her fascination with metalwork, gives her an upper hand in working with clients as she displays a distinct eye for design and quality of construction in the apartments and houses she shows her clients. She has lived in the East Village, West Village and eventually landed in Park Slope where she bought, renovated and sold a few properties as well as has served as Board President of her Cooperative building.
On her free time, Chris and her son, Kiran, are “food tourists” and move around the vast city and globe to try all different cuisines. She can also be found rooting Kiran on while he plays his favorite sport, baseball, or in her jewelry studio creating art!
