Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Born and raised on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, Charlie is a native New Yorker who knows the ins and outs of the city, having called the Lower East Side, Astoria, Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn Heights, and, most recently, Sunset Park home over the years.
Charlie entered the real estate industry upon returning to New York after a 7 year sojourn in Los Angeles where he worked as a writer and the manager of a spin studio. Having been self-employed for most of his career, Charlie has learned the value of organization, negotiation, and time management - essential skills as an agent. It is customer service, however, and a desire to cultivate strong and lasting client relationships that have kept him in the business.
Whether representing a seller, buyer, landlord, or renter, Charlie’s approach and philosophy remains the same: Advise and guide with honesty and integrity, be generous with information and expertise, work tirelessly, and listen. The commitment to these principles is what allows Charlie to remain a trusted resource to those who have worked with him.
Charlie graduated from Brooklyn College with a degree in literature and remains a lover of reading as well as film and the outdoors, the last of which is also an interest passionately shared by his 8 year old pit bull rescue, Rose.
